A lot of creative things can be made by using pallets. Here, we are giving a tutorial to make a wooden clock by using a pallet.

- Pallet boards
- Wood glue
- Safety glasses and gloves
Wear safety glasses and gloves for this project.
Remove the pallet boards from the pallet and split each board down the middle.
Each board will measure 2 1/2″ wide.
Cut out a piece of plywood 24” in diameter.
Cut out a 4 inch diameter center of the circle to attach the clock movement piece.
Lay the pieces of pallet wood end to end
Wobble them like bricks on top of the plywood circle.
Apply glue on the pieces of pallet wood down and nail each piece in place.
After dry, flip the glued pallet top over to show the plywood circle which has rows of pallet wood glued and nailed onto it.
Cut out your circle with a jig saw.
Attach the clock hands. Follow the directions that come with the kit
Drill a hole in the plywood and attach the clock hands to the front and the clock movement piece to the back associated by a threaded shaft in the center.
Stenciled a 12/3/6/9 on the clock.
Stencil all the numbers or four numbers as you like to do.
The wooden pallet clock is ready to fix to the wall.
